We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders. The estimated delivery timeframe is exclusive to the packing of your order after purchase confirmation. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the shipping progress.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
