Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in a resalable state.
- Return the items within 30 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging (not the shipping bag).
Return Costs
FREE RETURN FOR THE UK:
We currently offer free local returns for the United Kingdom. Please fill in the form below with the details of your order and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

RETURN FOR OTHER COUNTRIES:
While we don’t charge restocking fees, you’re responsible for the return postage and insurance. Please fill in the form below with your order details and we will advise you of the nearest return address.

Return Process
Once we receive and review your return, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Unused and resalable items are eligible for exchanges. Contact us at hello@miuldo.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Faulty Items
If you suspect a received item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the fault. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
