Shipping
Orders will be shipped directly from our warehouses in Asia and UK, depending on availability. Customers will receive order and shipping confirmation emails, along with a separate tracking number for each order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Expedited shipping may be available for some products for an additional fee. Send us a message below to inquire about pricing for expedited shipping to your location.
Please allow up to three days for shipping details to appear, as the tracking updates once the package passes through parcel point hubs. If there aren’t daily updates on the tracker, it indicates the package is en route to you.

Returns
We trust you’ll adore your MULDO products, but if you need to make a return, here’s what you should know:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused and in a resalable state.
- Return the items within 30 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging (not the shipping bag).
Full Returns & Refunds Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@miuldo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can request an exchange by emailing us at hello@miuldo.com. We’ll help you return your original item to us, and we’ll process a separate order for your new item.
